Effective October 2nd, 2021 all existing Lilius platforms will be discontinued until further notice. All user data will be deleted after November 1st, 2021. If you would like a copy of your data please send us an email at info@lilius.io (Please include your DOT name and email). We would like to thank everyone for their support over the past year. If it wasn’t for your feedback, critiques, and encouragement we would not be in the position today to make the next step forward. Although MyLilius is shutting down this is not the end.
We will return with our true vision for the future. A vision that encourages ownership, transparency, innovation, and democracy. The MyLilius Beta was a stepping stone. In the past, we used a centralized server and database to build the core of the Lilius platform (DOT Technology). As a team we pledged to never access, edit, or sell user data without explicit consent. Although we honored our pledge, we’ve always been aware of the possibilities of human error or malicious intents from others. For this reason, we are making the next step forward in our journey: Moving completely decentralized.
Over the next few months we will disclose the details of what’s to come. However, you all can rest assured that we are still moving forward to the goal we all believe in. Data ownership belongs to the user and the internet belongs to us all as a global community. MyLilius will return and usher in an era of innovation, education, and inclusivity.
