The Lilius Team is excited to invite you to test the MyLilius Beta. A month ago we invited close friends and family to join the team in testing functionality. It is now time to step it up a notch. For those of you who are not familiar with Lilius, we are a user controlled data platform. We offer users the ability to create a Digitally Optimized Twin (DOT) to take control of their data.
DOTs are the centerpiece of MyLilius. A DOT acts as an individual’s digital identity, allowing any individual to operate in a world customized to their preferences while staying in control of the access and distribution of their own data/information. Users unlock more and more functionality as they mature their DOT. DOTs can be matured by manually inputting information or automatically importing your data. The more mature a DOT is the better it can work on an individual’s behalf. It’s useful to picture maturing your DOT as defining your digital identity. Just as defining your identity in the physical world allows you to operate more efficiently in your day to day experiences, maturing your DOT allows you to replicate that efficiency and self advocacy in the digital world. DOT Maturity is represented as a DOT Level in MyLilius.
Using MyLilius and owning a DOT is more of a lifestyle than a choice. It is important to reach the max DOT Level available in order to keep your DOT up to date and have the ability to utilize all the functionality available in MyLilius.
Being in Open Beta, MyLilius currently has limited functionality. Your feedback as a user will help guide the growth of MyLilius, further pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Current Functionality:
- Lessons- Mature your DOT by completing a series of questions about your preferences
- Data Pools- Get paid for your data by opting into data pools. Your data will only be sold if you agree to join a data pool.
- Feed- Communicate with other users on MyLilius via the feed. The feed will also show you announcements and notifications relevant to your DOT.
- DOT- Use the DOT page to review your DOT Level, total experience, and network connections
- Explore- Browse and Connect with other users on MyLius
